The Brow Haus ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, book or receive services, or otherwise engage with us (collectively, the "Service").
We comply with applicable U.S. data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Nevada's privacy law (NRS Chapter 603A). By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We may collect the following types of information:

Booking & Account Details: Appointment history, service preferences, and any login or account information you create.
Payment Information: Transaction records and payment details, processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Health & Procedure Information: Because we provide cosmetic tattoo and microblading services, we collect information you provide on consent and intake forms, including medical history, allergies, current medications, skin conditions, and pregnancy or nursing status. We collect this solely to determine your eligibility for treatment and to perform services safely.

Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and website usage data.
Communications: Emails, text messages, reviews, and customer support inquiries.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Schedule, provide, and follow up on your appointments and services
Assess your eligibility and safety for treatment
Maintain accurate client and procedure records
Communicate with you about appointments, aftercare, updates, and promotions
Process payments and prevent fraud

3. Health & Procedure Information
We treat your health and procedure information as confidential. We use it only to evaluate your suitability for treatment, to perform services safely, and to keep required records. We do not sell this information. We do not share it for marketing. We retain treatment records as needed for safety, follow-up care, and to meet recordkeeping requirements that apply to body-art services.
4. Photographs & Likeness
We take photographs of the treatment area as part of your client record. We will not publish, post on social media, or use any photo that identifies you for marketing without your separate, explicit consent. You may withdraw photo consent at any time by contacting us, though we may retain photos in your private client record for safety and recordkeeping.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send you appointment reminders, aftercare instructions, and promotional messages by text. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop essential service messages, such as appointment confirmations.
