1. Our Services

The Brow Haus provides cosmetic tattoo services, including microblading and related permanent makeup ("PMU") procedures. These are cosmetic tattooing procedures that deposit pigment into the skin. Results, healing, color retention, and longevity vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other individual factors.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive our services. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Certain conditions may make you ineligible for treatment or require medical clearance, including but not limited to pregnancy, nursing, certain skin conditions, and certain medical conditions or medications. You are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information on our intake and consent forms. We reserve the right to decline or postpone service if, in our professional judgment, treatment is not appropriate or safe.

3. Consent Form

Before any procedure, you will be required to review and sign a treatment consent form that describes the procedure, risks, and aftercare. That signed consent form governs the procedure itself. These Terms do not replace, and are in addition to, the consent form.

4. Booking, Deposits & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of ($ amount / % of service) is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

• We accept [list accepted payment methods]. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.

• Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking applies to your scheduled appointment.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• To cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit, you must give us at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited, and we may require full prepayment to book any future appointment.

• Arriving more than [15] minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

6. Refunds

Because our services are personalized and performed on your body, all services are final and non-refundable once performed. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your results, contact us and we will discuss your options, which may include a touch-up under our touch-up policy below.

7. Touch-Ups & Results

PMU procedures typically require a follow-up "perfecting" session to achieve the desired result.

• A perfecting session is included if completed within 6–8 weeks of your initial appointment / available at an additional cost.

• Touch-ups beyond that period are charged at our standard touch-up rates.

• We do not guarantee specific results. Achieving and maintaining results depends substantially on your skin and your compliance with aftercare instructions.

8. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential to your results and your safety. You agree to follow the written aftercare instructions provided to you. We are not responsible for poor results, complications, or the need for additional sessions caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Not Medical Advice

Information provided on our website, in consultations, or in our materials is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. It does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed medical professional.

10. Photography & Likeness

We photograph the treatment area as part of your client record. We will not publish or use any image that identifies you for marketing without your separate consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Brow Haus and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

12. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that cosmetic tattoo procedures carry inherent risks, which are described in your consent form, and you voluntarily assume those risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brow Haus and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Brow Haus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
